Assetz Capital joins Brickflow comparison site
Assetz Capital has become the latest peer-to-peer property lender to join Brickflow, a price comparison site for development finance.
Assetz is the 33rd lender to partner with the platform, joining CrowdProperty, CapitalRise, Invest & Fund, LendInvest, Sancus, and others.
More than 300 professionals – architects, accountants, construction managers and land agents – have signed up to Brickflow’s introducer programme since its launch in September.
The introducer programme enables professionals to connect clients with lenders and earn additional revenue.

Once introducers input their clients’ project details, the digital platform compares loans from its panel of lenders, pairing the right lender options with the projects. Instant results are returned which can be sent to borrowers via a link.
“With a 90 per cent plus conversion rate from heads of terms to completion and 50 per cent commission on offer for the first completed loan and 25 per cent thereafter, I’m not surprised at our sign-up rates,” said Brickflow’s key account director Chris Meyer.
“Introducers can provide value-added services, giving clients access to technology that saves time and money, as well as providing them with an additional revenue stream.”
Brickflow launched in October 2020. In May 2021, it announced that it had secured almost £50m of funding in its first six months.
