Andrew Adcock joins UKCFA as director
Andrew Adcock – chief executive of crowdfunding platform Crowd for Angels – has been appointed as a director at the UK Crowdfunding Association (UKCFA).
Adcock will continue in his role as chief executive of Crowd for Angels.
He has replaced Oliver Woolley, chief executive and co-founder of Envestors, on the UKCFA board.

Woolley stepped away from his role as UKCFA director during the organisation’s most recent annual general meeting, citing work commitments. Envestors will remain a member of the association.
Adcock joins four other directors at the UKCFA. These include: Bruce Davis, chief executive and co-founder of Abundance Investments; Atuksha Poonwassie, managing director and co-founder of Simple Crowdfunding; Frank Mukahanana, director at Wealth Harbour; and Debra Burns, compliance director at Seedrs.

“I am proud to be part of an association that has helped many firms including Crowd for Angels since its inception to uphold standards, lobby government bodies and push for positive change in our industry,” Adcock told Peer2Peer Finance News.
“Personally, I am delighted to be appointed a director of the UKCFA and hope I may contribute positively for the coming year.”
