Tech Nation open applications for its growth programmes
Tech Nation has opened applications for its three growth programmes: Rising Stars 3.0, Upscale 6.0 and Future Fifty 9.0, which support promising technology companies.
The growth programmes, which are free to enter and do not take equity stakes in businesses taking part, offer tailored, stage-specific support to enable tech firms to grow and scale.
The programmes cater for venture-backed and scaling start-ups and scale-ups at Seed, Series A and Series B+ stages or equivalent.

“Now more than ever, it is important that the companies we support through our Tech Nation flagship growth programmes learn from their peers as well as those who have scaled digital companies,” said Parveen Dhanda, head of programmes at Tech Nation.
“We have a strong network of 600 companies who have been through our programmes at different stages of their growth.
“Collectively they have raised £20bn, had nine initial public offeringss and over 30 mergers and acquisitions. We are excited for the next crop of top UK digital companies who will join our growth programmes.”

Rising Stars 3.0 is aimed at early-stage, innovative tech companies and gives its 10 winners introductions to investors, speaking opportunities and national press coverage. Previous winners include Seed Legals, Neatebox and Talking Medicines.
Upscale 6.0 caters for promising, mid-stage tech companies, helping the nation’s fastest growing companies scale faster. The programme features coaches and experts, as well as networking opportunities amongst peers.
Meanwhile, the Future Fifty 9.0 is targeted at late-stage growth tech firms. The programme, which delivers in-depth sessions from coaches, is designed to support founders and leadership teams address the unique challenges faced by successful tech companies.
Rising Stars has an application deadline date of 20 October, Upscale closes for applications on 27 October and Future Fifty on 16 November.
