Rapper Big Narstie named among celebrities joining Zopa hotline for a day
PEER-TO-PEER lender Zopa is making four celebrities honorary ‘Zopians’ for a day next week.
It has launched a “FeelGood Hotline” to banish the January blues that will be staffed by pop star and TV host Frankie Bridge, broadcaster Lauren Laverne and rapper Big Narstie (pictured) on 23 January.
Boxing icon Frank Bruno will also be on the hotline.
Callers will be able to reach the dedicated line between 12pm and 4pm on 020 3954 1844 during the day and be put through to one of four celebrities to hear them dish out stories, pearls of wisdom, and moments of humour to brighten up their day.
The calls can also be recorded so users can share their personalised clip on social media.

“Our customer service team are the best in the business and have won many awards since we started in 2005,” Clare Gambardella, chief customer officer at Zopa, said.
“The team is at the forefront of making sure that our customers feel good about our products, so for January, we wanted to add an extra sprinkle of positivity to proceedings.
“We think that our star-filled FeelGood hotline will do just that.
“Frank Bruno, Lauren Laverne, Big Narstie and Frankie Bridge will all become honorary Zopians for the day.”
It is unclear how much the celebs know about P2P, but they won’t be replacing the actual customer service staff.
Bridge said she was looking forward to speaking to lots of different people and “helping others have a better day,” while Bruno said he loves “meeting people and finding out what makes them tick.”
