CrowdProperty unveils rebrand
CrowdProperty has undergone a rebrand and updated its website.
The peer-to-peer property lender has moved away from the previous property-focused visuals and introduced a new strapline: “Together we build a better future”.
Other changes include a new company logo and the “CrowdProperty Shield”, which aims to highlight the first charge security and due diligence taken on all projects.

The updated website features video case studies of developments that CrowdProperty has funded, testimonials from lenders and borrowers, and statistics on the lender’s track record.
Mike Bristow, chief executive of CrowdProperty, said the rebrand communicates “the power of our proposition”.
“The time we took to build our expertise-led, independent marketplace and the proven, robust systems and processes underpinning it are now all reaping rewards,” he added. “We are now delivering the exponential growth reflective of a market demanding what we offer as awareness grows.”

It comes after CrowdProperty’s loanbook passed the £20m milestone after funding its 47th project last week.
CrowdProperty is the latest P2P lender to undergo a rebrand. Funding Circle revamped its logo and website last year, as did MarketInvoice.
