Submissions open for 2017 Women in Fintech Powerlist
FINTECH trade body Innovate Finance is seeking nominations for its 2017 powerlist of women working in the sector.
The annual Women in Fintech Powerlist celebrates the contribution of female talent in the development of the sector and is open to candidates from around the world.
Launched in 2015, last year’s list included peer-to-peer names such as Landbay communications manager Clare Joy, and RateSetter’s head of customer operations Lucy Bott.
Men and women from across the industry are being urged to nominate colleagues across all company roles and levels for this year’s list by the end of October.
It will be unveiled in November.

“We want to recognise the significant contribution that women make in Fintech,” said Lawrence Wintermeyer, chief executive of Innovate Finance.
“Our annual powerlist celebrates the women playing an instrumental role in driving success across fintech.”
The list is supported by fintech firms such as RateSetter, as well as Lloyds Banking Group and law firm Hogan Lovells.
