BrickVest builds on institutional expertise
REAL estate peer-to-peer platform BrickVest has boosted the institutional experience on its team with the appointment of Jean-Romain Lhomme to its board.
Lhomme, former head of property investment firm Colony Capital Europe will bring experience of identifying real estate opportunities and monitoring investments.
He co-headed Colony Capital Europe from 2000 to 2015, where he was responsible for the identification, valuation, execution and monitoring of European investments.
As an active technology business angel since 2015, he co-founded PJX10 with technology entrepreneurs, a laboratory dedicated to innovative startups and is also currently chairman of the supervisory board of homewares retailer BUT and a board member of benefits provider Edenred Group.
It follows recent hires such as the appointment of Remi Antonini, former head of Goldman Sachs and Exane real estate research as head of BrickVest Ratings, its institutional investment rating program.
BrickVest gives sophisticated investors direct access to institutional real estate projects from the UK, Europe and US in the residential, office, industrial, self-storage, retail, and hospitality space for a minimum investment of €1,000 (£865).
