HashKey launches tokenised access to Apollo diversified credit fund
HashKey Exchange has launched a tokenised investment product offering professional investors access to Apollo Global Management’s diversified credit strategy.
The Securitize Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, known as ACRED, is now available through the HashKey Earn Channel, the firm told clients today.
The product is structured as a tokenised feeder fund issued through Securitize and invests substantially all of its investable assets in ACRED.
The fund invests across a range of credit strategies including corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending, performing credit and dislocated credit, seeking to provide exposure to a diversified portfolio of credit investments.

The minimum investment is 50,000 USDC. Subscription requests can be submitted daily and the product publishes a daily net asset value.
However, investors will only be able to access liquidity through Securitize’s quarterly repurchase programme, rather than through continuous redemptions.
The product is subject to a five per cent fund-level redemption gate during each quarterly repurchase cycle. Where total requests exceed the limit, redemptions will be processed on a pro-rata basis.
Any portion of a redemption request that is not fulfilled will not automatically carry over and must be resubmitted during a subsequent quarterly cycle.
ACRED tokens purchased through the HashKey Earn Channel cannot currently be transferred to other HashKey users or withdrawn to an external blockchain wallet. Investors must instead exit through the quarterly repurchase programme.
